Amy Jo joined Alpha Chi Omega as the Senior Director of Housing for the National Housing Corporation in 2018. In her current role, she gets to work alongside a dedicated team to support and enhance the experience of Alpha Chi members who have facilities on their campuses. The NHC owns and/or manages 76 facilities, ranging from traditional houses that sleep 10-70+ to residence hall floors.

Amy Jo brings over 15 years of experience to her team at Alpha Chi. She worked for 7 years in higher education on the college campus in fundraising, residence life and student activities. She also worked for the national headquarters of her organization, Alpha Omicron Pi, as the director of membership experiences where she supervised chapter services, education, and alumnae engagement. Immediately prior to her new position with Alpha Chi, Amy Jo served as director of client experience for CSL Management, where she solidified her love of Greek housing through supporting clients with facility operations, project management, consulting and education.

Amy Jo is a two-time graduate from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) with a bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership. A die-hard Colonel, she just recently finished a four-year term as President of EKU’s International Alumni Association. Amy Jo also serves as a mentor for the tnAchieves program and is a member of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) Foundation Scholarship Committee. A proud member of Alpha Omicron Pi, Amy Jo is also a member of the Nashville Area Alumnae Chapter. She lives in Smyrna, Tennessee with her husband, Chris, and their two children.
