Kyle A. Pendleton

Zeta Tau Alpha’s Senior Director of Harm Reduction & University Relations

Kyle has been working with fraternity and sorority students for over 25 years and has been in his role as Zeta Tau Alpha’s Senior Director of Harm Reduction & University Relations since August 2011. After receiving his degree in journalism, Kyle traveled as a leadership consultant for his national organization, Delta Sigma Phi. He received his M.Ed. in Student Personnel Administration from the University of South Carolina and has held positions at San Diego State University, Columbia University, Northwestern University, and most recently served as the Assistant Dean of Students at Purdue University. Kyle served as the 2007 President of the

Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors. He was awarded Beta Theta Pi’s Interfraternalism Award at their 169th General Convention in Dallas, TX; the Sue Kraft Fussell Distinguished Service Award from the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors; and the Association of Fraternal Values and Leadership Outstanding Fraternity & Sorority Professional Award. Personally, Kyle is a huge college sports fan (Go Buckeyes!), loves pop culture, and depending on the month, is a runner. He completed the Chicago Marathon and immediately decided to retire from that distance.
